Next generation case product leads way

Leading legal technology provider, Axxia Systems, has announced the highly anticipated launch of its next generation Case Manager product - and its determination to claim the "best of breed" territory all for itself.

First, Case has undergone a significant upgrade in terms of functionality: incoming and outgoing emails can now be added to any case plan through simple dragging-and-dropping between windows; files can be attached to a case activity for one click access to supporting information; document versioning has been introduced to allow the seamless tracking of changes to documents and contracts; and forms production has been greatly facilitated by the addition of integration with the UK's premier document assembly system, HotDocs.

Russell Shepherd, chairman of Capsoft UK, warmly welcomes the upgrade. "Because HotDocs is seen as a key tool for today's practice, we are finding increasing client demand for this type of integration and so are delighted that Axxia users will now be able to reap the full benefits of the software. This latest arrangement will certainly bring enhanced value to both Axxia Case Manager and to HotDocs".

Ian Thomson, IT partner at one of the most progressive users of case management, Morton Fraser, is excited by developments. "I think we have all had the same features at the top of our wish list, features that would transform what is a very good product into an outstanding one. The new functionality being introduced under this new version of case manager will surely set new standards in the case arena."
