Standard infrastructure, non-standard applications and increasing mobility

	There is large-scale adoption of standard Microsoft solutions for desktop applications - with 94% of law firms using Microsoft applications for word processing, 74% for databases and 60% for messaging and groupware
Hummingbird and iManage are clear market leaders for document management and HotDocs for document assembly. There is no apparent market leader in other applications - searching, portals, practice and financial management, and collaboration.
